You must contact a Caterpillar Dealer, and they will place an order for you. If you do not have a dealer, you may find one here: Dealer Locator

The commercial invoice included with your shipment is used for customs clearance and reflects only the physical products being imported. Administrative charges—such as order fees—are not physical goods and are therefore not included on the commercial invoice. These charges are part of the total order cost and are shown on your order confirmation and associated accounting invoice. Customers are expected to pay the full amount as outlined in those documents.

Yes. Click on the profile icon and 'Manage Orders' to view your order history or to check the status of your order.

Effective January 28, 2026, a 3.5% fee will be added to each order placed on the Caterpillar Publications site. This order fee will not exceed $40.00 total. This fee is to cover costs related to processing transactions and maintaining website infrastructure.
