This enhancement has been made to avoid distribution of technical information on the internet. The user access controls (email/domain address) will ensure that only authorized users can open and view the service media they have purchased.

It is the best practice to download the VERA® application. Users will be able to access most files online; however, we recommend using the VERA app or viewing all secured media. No admin rights are required for installing VERA.
